1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Deldeye (Platform), you (Brand) agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Platform Role

Deldeye is a technology platform that connects brands with influencers. We facilitate discovery, booking, and payments. We do not guarantee campaign performance, do not employ influencers, and do not control influencer actions.

3. Platform Fees & Affiliate Commission

Deldeye operates on a commission-based model. Transactions may include service charges, commissions, or subscriptions.

• No Circumvention: you may not bypass Deldeye to avoid fees, contact influencers off-platform after discovery, or conduct off-platform payments.
• Violations may result in account termination, financial penalties, or legal action.

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before campaign execution.
• No work starts until payment is confirmed.
• Failure to pay may cause campaign cancellation and account suspension or removal.

5. Campaign Responsibility

• Provide accurate campaign details.
• Ensure compliance with advertising laws.
• Review influencer content.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Deldeye does not guarantee views, engagement, conversions, revenue, or business outcomes.

7. Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable unless determined otherwise by Deldeye.

8. Data & AI Usage

• Your data may be processed by AI systems.
• Data may be used to improve platform performance.
• Data will not be sold externally.

9. Intellectual Property

• Brands retain ownership of their materials.
• Influencers retain ownership of content.
• Deldeye may use anonymized data for analytics.

10. Limitation of Liability

Deldeye is not responsible for influencer performance/conduct, campaign outcomes, or financial losses. Maximum liability equals the amount paid in the last 14 days.

11. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, fraud/abuse, or Terms violations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country.

13. Terms Updates & Continued Use

Deldeye may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms and waiver of separate notification. If you do not agree, stop using the platform.

3. Platform Role

Deldeye provides matching opportunities and booking tools. We do not guarantee income or deals.

4. Content Responsibility

• Create original content.
• Follow advertising laws.
• Avoid misleading or harmful content.

5. Calendar & Availability

• Keep your availability calendar accurate.
• Only accept bookings you can fulfill.
• Honor all scheduled sessions.

6. Attendance & Reliability

You must attend all scheduled sessions on time. Failure may result in reduced visibility, payment delays, or account suspension.

7. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and must be approved by Deldeye. Repeated rescheduling may lead to penalties.

8. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through Deldeye.
• Platform fees may apply.
• Payments may be held for review.

9. Missed Calls

If you miss a session, payment is held for 14 days and rescheduling may be attempted. If unresolved, a full refund may be issued after 21 days.

10. Fraud & Fake Engagement

You may not use bots or inflate metrics. Violations may result in immediate removal.

11. Data Usage

Your data may be used for AI matching and platform improvements.

12. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content.

13. Liability

Deldeye is not responsible for brand disputes or income expectations.

14. Termination

Accounts may be terminated at any time.

15. Governing Law

Company's principal place of business.

16. Terms Updates & Continued Use

Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated Terms.

1. Acceptance

By booking a call, you agree to these Terms.

2. Payment

• Payment is required before booking confirmation.
• No payment means no booking.

3. Scheduling

• Calls depend on influencer availability.
• You must select from available time slots.
• You are responsible for correct time zone selection.

4. Attendance (Strict)

If you miss the call, are late, or fail to join, the call is considered completed and is non-refundable.

5. Non-Refund Policy

All missed or unattended sessions are non-refundable.

6. Influencer No-Show

If influencer misses: payment is held for 14 days and rescheduling is attempted. If unresolved, full refund may be issued after 21 days.

7. Post-Call Survey

You must complete a survey within 48 hours. If not completed, the call is considered completed, payment is finalized, and no refund is provided.

8. Dispute Responsibility

If the call did not happen, report within 48 hours. Failure to report means the call is marked completed and payment is processed.

9. Conduct

Users must not harass influencers or record without permission. Violations may result in account termination.

10. Platform Role

Deldeye is not responsible for call quality or influencer behavior.

11. Liability

Deldeye is not liable for dissatisfaction or missed expectations.

12. Termination

Accounts may be terminated at any time.

13. Governing Law

Within the jurisdictions of both fan and influencer.
